2. Principles

We only process the data required for your account, your purchase and the operation of the calculator. There is no advertising, no analytics tools and no tracking. No fonts or scripts are loaded from third party servers.

3. Visiting the website

When you visit, the server stores technically necessary information (IP address, time, requested address, browser) for no more than 14 days to ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (data processing on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Account

For your account we store your e-mail address, password (only as a secure hash), optionally a player name, your language, the time of registration and last login, and your logged in device (browser and operating system). The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect against misuse, we store login attempts in a shortened, non traceable form.

5. Cookies and device storage

We only set technically necessary cookies: your login (sowr_sid), protection against forged forms (sowr_csrf), your chosen language (sowr_lang) and short notices after an action (sowr_flash). The calculator stores your chip list, factors, notes and last inputs exclusively in your device’s storage; these values are not transmitted to us. No consent is required for this (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

6. Payment with Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you buy, you are redirected to Stripe’s payment page; there you enter your payment details directly, and we do not receive them. We send Stripe your e-mail address and a customer number. Stripe may also transfer data to the USA; this is based on the EU US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 7. E-mails

We only send you e-mails related to your account: address confirmation, new password, purchase confirmation and notices about your subscription. We do not send advertising.

8. Storage period

We store account data until you delete your account. Due to legal obligations (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB), we keep invoice and payment data for up to ten years, after which it is deleted.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just send us an e-mail. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

10. Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). We only store passwords as a hash, access is verified with signatures, and only one device per account is ever logged in.
